Yes, I use to both two years ago and both work well with others. SpySweeper is safe because it is an anti-spyware, and most people have a support program for the event. But never have two antivirus programs and you do. But two years ago, when I used it, try a test to see if they are still compatible. As a recommendation, rather than CounterSpy Spysweeper.
